The Eastern Isles

Located in the Eastern Green Sea
Halfling sailors in Tollen and elsewhere sometimes speak of the faraway islands that stretch across the wide eastern edge of the Green Sea, separating it from the Outer Ocean. Called the Eastern Isles, or sometimes the Wandering Isles, they are a strange and diverse collection of lands, said to move slowly at the whims of the ocean, sometimes forming new channels and confounding navigation.
