The Mereburn

The Mereburn is a brook flowing from the Aine Hills into the Wistel, one of the more prominent small tributaries draining the hills. Below its wooded headwaters, it winds through wet meadows between alder-lined banks, spilling into the surrounding grassland during spring rain and thaw.
