The Cleenseau Bridge

🔈 (Klen-sew BRIJ)

Cleenseau Bridge is a massive ancient stone bridge spanning the Enst at Cleenseau. Its ten arches cross 1,200 feet of river, and it is wide enough for eight oxen abreast. Usually attributed to the Drankorians about a thousand years ago, it may be older: some scholars credit its construction to the giants.

The bridge provides the only safe river crossing for many miles and anchors Cleenseau’s importance as a market town and trade crossroads. The Manor of Cleenseau collects a toll for each axle of wagons crossing it.
