The Serpentine Battleaxe

The Serpentine Battleaxe was a heavy, magically sharp battleaxe set with sinuous green serpentine along the haft and head, forged in the era of the Dominion of Avatus. It bore significant similarity to the Serpentine Dagger; both weapons were tied to the Avatus-era wars and carried enchantments that twisted their wielders toward obsession, isolation, and escalating violence.
On May 27, 1715, the Addermarch Mercenaries defeated the serpentine warlock beneath Serethwyn Tor and used Trueflame to unmake the Serpentine Battleaxe.
