Talem
🔈 (TAH-lem)
- A village in the Elderwood, Ainumarya, the Central Highlands
Talem is the largest village of the Bek’eni in the Elderwood.
For many years, the Bek’eni lived, unbeknownst to them, under the sway of the green dragon Grimbaskal, who frequently traveled among them posing as the elven advisor Mezzar. Mezzar had significant sway in Talem, and both the Godcaller and the Chief were loyal to him. This abruptly ended with Mezzar’s unmasking and death in DR 1748.
