Zahir

Zahir is a sailor from Sulqat, who became famous for his story of surviving the destruction of his ship in a gale off the Mawakel Peninsula, during which he says he was transported to the Elemental Plane of Water. He claimed to have awoken on a strange shore of a shimmering island, floating in a mysterious sea, where he spent seven years in service to a marid before returning.
