Cato Stormtouched is a human priest of The Wildling and an itinerant worker of divine magic. He traveled with Brelith for several years after meeting him on the road in the Chasa River Valley, and helped Brelith learn to channel the power of the storm through his own divine calling.

After Brelith saved Cato from a bandit ambush near the Myraeni Gap, Cato gave him a holy symbol of the Wildling as a mark of the god’s favor. The two parted soon afterward, when Brelith turned toward Chardon.
