Anton Lavernia is the Proconsul of Voltara, responsible for governance of the city.
During Grumella’s War in DR 1747, Anton warned the Silver Tempests that Grumella had demanded their surrender as the price to save Voltara, though few believed she would actually leave the city alone. Following the city’s victory, organized in large part by the Silver Tempests, he granted Tempest Towers to the party in recognition of their aid.
