Hubert Moreau

Hubert Moreau was the intended heir to the barony of Fellburn and is the twin brother of Elise Moreau. During the undead attacks of DR 1720, he panicked and ordered the city gates closed, leaving his father and farmers outside to be killed.

On January 25, 1720, Jacques Bellemont awarded the barony to Elise and exiled Hubert from the Duchy of Wisford, permitting him to return when he had found bravery and better judgment.
