Victorine Rosseau is the Chief Magistrate of the Barony of Aveil, based in Veltor, where she has served for decades. She is strongly committed to justice and procedure. Outwardly loyal to Baroness Isabeau, she is wary of the Baroness’s hands-off approach and the strange events surrounding her rule, and willing to clash with authority to maintain her sense of justice. Her three assistant magistrates include Thomas Dyerson.
