Tibault was a butcher in Peydon and a member of Gareth of Tollen’s criminal gang. A burly man with rough hands, he used his shop as a front for stolen goods and money laundering and handled the more violent side of the gang’s business.
After the Midnight Lady’s death, Tibault became more concerned with self-preservation. He was killed attempting to escape custody by the Heroes of Cleenseau.
