General Ilsa Lemoine

Ilsa Lemoine commanded the Army of the West. In January 1720, during the undead crisis, she ordered companies and garrisons not already marching to Dunmore to depart for the city. By April DR 1720, Claude Leclerc had been promoted to command the army.
