The last emperor of Drankor, who is said to have wanted to become a god. Creator of the Scepter of Command, and perhaps other artifacts of power. Was a very successful general and commander.

Originally allied with Cha’mutte, Apollyon later became his enemy. During the Fall of Drankor in DR 1059, he drank a prepared potion of transformation, becoming a lich and surviving the destruction of the city. Cha’mutte imprisoned him in Apollyon’s Temple.
