Maglar was a peronar natural historian and former student of Minarith. As Apollyon’s persecution intensified, Minarith had encouraged Maglar not to flee, but in DR 1048, facing arrest by the Omnis Pura, Minarith wrote to Maglar, acknowledging that his hope had failed and urging Maglar to run. The letter was never sent. Maglar’s subsequent fate is unknown.
