Codex Maledictum is an infamous collection of accounts from supposed planar travelers who claimed to have glimpsed Pandemonium. The surviving descriptions gathered in the book are fragmentary and contradictory, depicting Pandemonium as a howling void of endless tunnels, wind-carved stone, and shadows that twist into laughter.
