On the Power of Creation
A Stoneborn cosmological treatise, by Yendalo
On the Power of Creation is a treatise by Yendalo, the Stoneborn metaphysicist. Yendalo argues that the Land of the Dead is best understood as the Divine Veil, a cosmological barrier shielding the Inner Realms from the full force of the Plane of Creation, rather than simply a gathering place for souls.
The treatise develops this argument through both closely reasoned metaphysics and visionary, mystical imagery. These images are not merely illustrations or metaphors: Yendalo uses them to express relationships that he believes the conventional categories of academic cosmology obscure.
From this perspective, the Divine Veil is both a boundary and a passage. It protects the Inner Realms from Creation while allowing Soulstuff to diffuse through it, drawn back toward its source.
