On the Foundations of Madness is a rarely studied work by Nicole Ardouin on Pandemonium. Nicole collects fragments of lost writing and deep history concerning the plane, arguing that Pandemonium may be a divine realm of the embodied god known as the Mad One, and that its apparent connection to lycanthropy is important evidence for this claim.
