The Seams Between Worlds
A Tollish cosmological treatise, written during the late 1500s or early 1600s, by Ishara Venn
The Seams Between Worlds is Ishara Venn’s systematic study of planar connections, especially elemental vortexes. Ishara defines an elemental vortex as a temporary locus of connection created when a nearly pure representation of one of the Five Fundamental Energies draws an Energy Realm near to the Material Plane.
Though many planar geographers consider this work to be a fringe treatise of little value, Emyr of Tafolwern used the ideas Ishara developed in The Seams Between Worlds as the starting point for his broader theory of planar upwellings.
